CTO, co-founder, ACME Ticketing (2014-2024), now Sr Advisor

Spent a decade building the first native cloud SaaS ticketing+membership company in the industry, now to steady state self sustaining enterprise. We innovated with an open API approach and with integrated payments into online, POS flows, as an omnichannel play.

We were the 1st registered Payfac in the space to get economies of scale and control over our payment stack, such as going direct to Visa for 3DS or Apple for online/POS payments. We built a payfac as a service to be used by our own ticketing/membership apps and other ticketing ISVs opening our platform to the outside via APIs and online/POS SDKS.

We maintain 99.99% uptime via a modern stateless, micro services oriented stack, while being compliants with financial card regulations (PCI, Fed/State level).

Built a world class product development team from the Bay area.

Tech Stack: Java/Ruby/iOs/Angular. Back end on micro services and SQL/noSQL infrastructures.

Co-founded Bix, pioneering online music competititions, sold to Yahoo within a year and integrated Bix into Yahoo.
